In The Puisaye

Guedelon : It is in the forest of Guedelon, in the heart of an old quarry, that the workers build every day, right before your eyes, a 13th century castle. Come and discover this uncommon collective adventure !

Head to the Tourist Office in Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire first, to purchase your entry tickets. You will avoid the long queue on site !

Saint-Fargeau : Beautiful castle (15^th-17^th century), where you can visit the interiors, the frames constructions, the stables and the park. It is also the site of one of the greatest historical shows in Europe ! The show is every Friday and Saturday in July and August.

On the banks of the Loire river

La Charité-sur-Loire : In the middle of the 11^th century, the abbey of Cluny created the Priory of La Charité, that is to say nearly 1000 years of history to be discovered during your visit. Today, classified by UNESCO, labeled City of Art and History and Cultural Meeting Center, La Charité-sur-Loire is recognized at national level.

Gien : visit the Château-Musée de la Chasse, where you will learn everything about hunting with hounds, hunting of game birds and hunting with guns. You can also visit the Musée de la faïencerie de Gien which tells about 200 years of history of the manufacture through various items (diverse decorations, shapes and techniques).
